- VAT recovery Services :-Assisting municipalities with VAT recovery services through a verification of the compliance on procedures and tax settlements applied by the municipality. These procedures and settlements should also be in line with the regulations of South Africa.
- Infrastructure Support Services :-This involves the establishment and capacitation of Project Management Units and Project Management Offices to help municipality’s delivery on large capital projects.
- Infrastructure Project Financing :-Assisting municipalities in project origination and packaging of proposals for funding more focused on Municipal Infrastructure Grant (MIG) front loading in terms of Division of Revenue Act and Circular 51 as issued by the National Treasury.
